WELCOME TO GYM SANTUARY WARRANTY AGREEMENT. THIS DOCUMENTS OUTLINES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED FOR GYM EQUIPMENT SUPPLY UNDER GYM SANTUARY. PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.

TERMS AND CONDITION:

  1. Warranty does not cover all the normal wear and tear.
  2. Warranty will be counted starting from the official receipt issued so please keep your invoice.Those without our company invoice will be considered as non our company product.
  3. Cost for general service requested from customer to be borne by customer(Such as maintenance/repaint/coating/rusting remove service).
  4. Any user damage(transport/misuse/abuse/accident/unsuitable physical or operating environment, natural disasters, power surges, improper maintenance/repair/modification by another company technician) is not covered by warranty.
  5. Warranty does not cover if equipment is placed in Improper location, including humid, dusty, or outdoor environments, as well as uninsulated garages and garden sheds.
  6. For any part-related issues, after a 1 year period labor charges will be borne by customers, however the part mentioned above will be replaced free of cost if it is under its own warranty.
  7. Please note that the equipment is for home use or commercial use if home use equipment use for commercial use setting the warranty will be void.
  8. Video and photo evidence need to be shared by customer upon service requested through the number below (it is to ensure right diagnosis and solution) .Technician will not be assigned until valid proofs are submitted.
